Customized Language Skills Training (CLST) is a full service language training company.
CLST specializes in tailor-made English as a Second Language (ESL), Accent Reduction, and Foreign Language Training Programs on-site in business and industry available at the times and for the length of time that works for you. Natalie Gast, Principal of CLST, founded the company in 1986.
During 2010, CLST became a language training presence on-site in corporations in Southeast Florida. This is in addition to our training in New Jersey and the Northeast.
Natalie Gast earned her undergraduate degree at Boston University and her master's degree work in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages was done at Kean College in New Jersey. She has participated in conferences "Responding to the Changing Economy" and "Workplace Diversity" and authored Perfect Phrases for ESL: Everyday Business Life and Perfect Phrases for ESL: Advancing Your Career, published by McGraw-Hill. Gast co-developed the "Stepping Up" series of advanced ESL programs and materials and acted as the technical consultant on Executive Writing, A Style Manual for the Business World, published by Prentice Hall Regents.
